Insurance & Payment

Advanced Center for Orthopedics & Sports Medicine is a preferred provider for most major health plans serving Kentucky, and we accept Medicare and Workers’ Compensation. Please contact your insurance company, or you may call our office at (270) 926-4100, to find out if we accept your insurance plan.

If your insurance plan requires you to pay a copayment, coinsurance, and/or a deductible, it will be necessary to pay at the time of your visit. Payment will also be required for all non-covered services. For your convenience, we accept cash, checks, Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. If you do not have insurance, we will be glad to arrange a payment plan for you.
